Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is gearing up for another incredible international festival.
This year’s Grand Carnivale promises to be bigger, better and more fun than 2022.
From Saturday, July 22rd through Sunday, August 6th you will be amazed by the incredible energy, enthusiasm and electricity inside our gates.
For starters there is a new stage, new merchandise, new food and beverage items and more.
But don’t worry all the things that make the event magical like our performers, parade floats, music, and dancing are back!
So, what do you need to know?
Are you a foodie? We covered all the items in one of our more recent articles. This year our countries; China, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain will offer something unique. So, whether you’re looking for Bang-Bang Chicken, Croque Monsieur ,Pretzel Bites , or Krapfen di Carnevale there is something for everyone.
To enjoy the worldwide food festival. You need to grab a Grand Carnivale Tasting Card. You can enjoy either six (6) or ten (10) food tastings from $39.99 (plus taxes and fees). A card is good for multiple visits during the event, beverages are sold separately. You can also purchase a Grand Carnivale Bundle which includes park admission, parking, and three (3) food tastings of your choice for as low as $59.99 (plus taxes and fees). These tasting cards are valid for one visit.
Is an cocktail what you’re looking for? Something that will jostle you from that routine summer weekend? Grand Carnivale will deliver! Peach Bellini Spritzers, Orange Blossoms, and Raspberry Beret, Sangria are just some of the drinks you’ll find at tents scattered along the midway.
Food locations open every day during Grand Carnivale at 5:00 PM.
But that’s not all. How about some entertainment? We have a grand showcase featuring drummers, a variety show, and incredible dance numbers.
We also have the Spectacle of Color Parade featuring gorgeous and electrifying floats, unique and magnificent costumes, out of this world performances, and lots and lots of music.
As the parade ends you’ll be treated to The Royal Send Off which is a high-energy live entertainment party complete with dancing in the streets, beads, food and drinks!
And don’t forget to check out the new and engaging décor in each country.
You’ll also get a chance to do some crafts with the kiddos this year at a booth beside the carousel. There are also five unique games at Mardi’s Game Gallery for you to try this year including ‘Leaning Tower’ and ‘Stein Toss’.
Mardi’s International QR Invitational is back. Our Alligator King Mardi P. Gras needs your help to deliver invitations to the party all around the world. Hunt with your friends and snap codes to reveal fun facts and earn rewards, on your way to a special surprise.
Then there is the merchandise! Stop by the Carnivale Central tent to purchase your Grand Carnivale event tee shirt along with our Carnivale light up sword and a variety of festive beads. Food tasting cards and Token packages for Mardi’s Game Gallery are also available at this location.
