Frequently asked Questions at Guest Services

Our Guest Services team came together to answer our most frequently asked questions by our guests when coming to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom!

What's new for 2022?

Alfundo's House is a brand new entertainment venue that guests can enjoy! Meet-and-greets with Morgan the Steel Force Monster and Alfundo the Clown happen daily Wednesday through Sunday (a schedule is usually posted outside the house). There are also interactive games and giveaways! 

What does my admissions ticket include while I am at the park?

Your admission to Dorney Park includes all rides, live shows and attractions, Wildwater Kingdom, and Planet Snoopy™- a theme park just for kids! 

During the summer season, your ticket also provides full access to the wet and wild fun of Wildwater Kingdom. This year our hours are 10AM-10PM all seven days from July 1st through August 7th.

Please note that Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom have different season calendars and daily hours of operation, which can be found online. Dorney Park does not sell admission tickets exclusively for Wildwater Kingdom.

Where can I purchase the fast lane or the fast lane plus tickets?

You can purchase the fast lane ticket online, at guest services, or at any gift shop around the park.

What is the difference between regular admission tickets and fast lane tickets?

A regular admission ticket is the ticket that is required for your entry into the park. Fast Lane is a program that gives you a wrist band which allows you to bypass the regular lines on up to 21 rides. You must purchase an admission ticket first and then a fast lane ticket online or once you get into the park.

What food stand can I purchase the meal plan at?

The single meal deal is available online only, while the All Day and All Season Dining Plans can be purchased online or at the park at any ticket window or participating dining location. 

Where are the lockers located?

The lockers are located on the left side of the Main Midway near Kaleidoscope and by Wildwater Kingdom Waterpark's main entrance. We offer both hourly and all day locker rentals in addition to our Season Pass Locker Rentals, good all season long. There is a limited supply of locker units available only on a first-come, first-served basis.

Extra-Large items that can not fit in a locker may not be left unattended and cannot be checked or held by the Park. Please utilize the Main Gate's hand stamp re-entry to bring these items out to your vehicle for storage.

Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom bears no responsibility or liability for any of your items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

How many friends can I bring with a season pass?

With a season pass, you can purchase Bring-A-Friend Tickets which are discounted from a daily admission ticket. These tickets are valid on the date chosen at purchase online only for Monday through Friday. Passholders can bring up to six friends each.

What are the show times for the events this summer?

Our website's entertainment page has the times, locations, and run dates of all of the current live shows going on this summer.

Need something for the kids? Head over to PEANUTS Showplace to catch the Space Beagle!

Interested in some music? You can head to Center Stage and enjoy a unique stage show and performance from The Uprights. You can also catch All About That Brass roaming the Midway or head up to Wildwater Kingdom to check out The Coastal Currents. 

What is the drink program?

There are two programs available for the drink program and you can purchase the Season Drink Program or the Souvenir Bottle/Drink Wristband online or at the park. 

What is the difference between platinum versus a gold season pass?

A platinum season pass is the same thing as a gold season pass, except a platinum season pass gives you the added benefits of enjoying all of the exclusive privileges at ALL Cedar Fair Parks across the country, including Cedar Point, Kings Dominion, Carowinds and more!

The passes are purchased as a one guest admission to the park for the public operating season of 2022. A 2022 Pre-K Pass will be valid for ages three to five. Children 2 and under are free

What is your refund policy on daily tickets and season passes?

Admission tickets and Season Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is complete at the Front Gate, online through our website or mobile app, or other retail outlets. This includes weather related events. We strongly encourage checking local weather conditions prior to planning your visit. If the majority of major rides experience a weather delay for 90 consecutive minutes due to inclement weather, a guest's original ticket will be reactivated for a future visit in the same operating season. This policy applies only to park admission products. 

Unprocessed Season Passes may be transferred to another individual. All Season Passes, processed or unprocessed, expire without value at the end of the season unless renewed for the next season.
