BAG POLICY

Clear plastic bags smaller than 12” x 12” x 6” as well as non-clear wristlets or clutches no larger than 5”x 8”x 2” are allowed at Halloween Haunt. All bags are subject to search prior to entry beginning at 6:00 PM.

Chaperone Policy

The safety of our guests and associates has always been our top priority at Dorney Park. Over the past two years, there have been increasing incidents of unruly and inappropriate behavior across our industry and at other major entertainment venues. We are committed to keeping Dorney Park a place where families and friends come together to enjoy a one-of-a-kind park full of fun experiences and immersive entertainment.

As part of that commitment, we are implementing a chaperone policy beginning Sunday, May 7, 2023.

Under this policy, all guests ages 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old in order to be admitted to, or remain in, the park after 4:00 p.m. local time to close. The chaperone must present a valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth at ticket entry. One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests ages 15 or younger per day. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay. Guests ages 15 years old or younger who are found inside the park unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to ejection. This chaperone requirement applies to all Dorney Park ticket and season passholders.

Guests 16 years of age or older may be asked to present a valid government issued photo identification (Driver’s license, State-Issued ID Card, Passport) with date of birth at entry to verify their age. If unable to verify proof of age, guests may be denied entry into the park.

We believe these changes will help ensure that Dorney Park continues to have a positive atmosphere where generations of families and friends can gather for a day of safe fun and good food. Millions of guests have counted on us for exactly that, and we will continue to deliver on that promise for generations to come.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The safety of our guests and associates is always our top priority and our security program is constantly evolving. Dorney Park implements several layers of security that are visible to guests including in-park and mobile unit security patrols, enhanced in-park law enforcement coverage, and full metal detection for all incoming guests and associates. We have also made several enhancements to multiple security systems that are not visible to guests.

Additionally, Dorney Park distributes a handout of our park policy and guidelines to all vehicles dropping off guests for Haunt. These guidelines are posted at all entrance gates. For the safety of our guests and associates, guests who violate the following rules can be ejected from the park without compensation for their tickets.
