Iron Menace Track Circuit Completed, Final Track Section Installed

Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom announced today that the track circuit for its new Iron Menace roller coaster is complete.
Crews worked throughout the morning to put the last orange piece in place, moving the project one giant step closer to overall completion.
With the final track piece in position, crews can now focus on the station work as they prepare for the next phase of the project, testing and commissioning.
"This is an exciting day for Dorney Park, our guests and our community,” said Ryan Eldredge, Dorney Park’s Communications and Public Relations Manager. "We started by announcing two new events for our 2024 season and we end with the news that our track is connected. It’s such a special time to be at Dorney Park.”
Park leaders say that crews will continue to work on ride theming around the Iron Menace.
The park is also working diligently on several other projects around the park in preparation for Opening Day on May 10, 2024; more details to be released later.
Dorney Park is dedicated to keeping its guests informed about the ongoing construction of Iron Menace. Regular updates will be provided as the project continues to unfold. Visitors can look forward to being part of history as they prepare to embark on an unforgettable adventure filled with twists, turns, and heart-pounding drops.
