February Hiring Blitz Spells Success for Dorney Park, with 1,500 Positions Filled for 2023

A February week-long hiring blitz helped fill approximately 1,500 positions at Dorney Park in preparation for the 2023 season.
It was part of the largest-ever recruiting campaign by Dorney Park’s parent company, Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, across all its parks in the United States and Canada.
Job seekers still have time. Dorney Park leaders say approximately 500 openings remain for ride operators, security personnel, emergency medical technicians and lifeguards.

Competitive rates up to $20 per hour are available for specialized entry-level positions. Paid training is provided for all applicable positions. Dorney Park offers a variety of shifts to meet the needs of full-time, part-time, seasonal and occasional/casual work hours.
