July 30th is designated by the United Nations as the International Day of Friendship. This day recognizes lasting friendships and relationships throughout the world.
And, there is no better place to build those friendships than at Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom.
While we all know that meeting new friends inside our great park has harnessed friendships throughout the years, lifelong bonds are also made between our incredible employees!
In fact, friendships made by our associates spread across the globe, as 22 countries are represented in our international associates program this summer! Students from all over the world have come together in harmony here in Allentown this season.
The 22 countries represented this summer are: Azerbaijan, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Jamaica, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mongolia, Morocco, Nigeria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, and Turkey.
While the season ends on October 30th, the friendships made here at Dorney Park are ones that last a lifetime, and their impact can be felt worldwide.
