Spread the Spirit of Meaningful Giving this Holiday Season

This time of year reminds us of the importance to “spread cheer” and do good in the world.

As the end of the year is approaching, the Dorney Park team has a little more time to spend on giving back to the local community here in the Lehigh Valley.

The Dorney Park team has been busy not only planning for the 2020 season, but also busy giving back to the local community. From collecting and donating to Toys for Tots and local food banks, to volunteering to wrap presents at the Lehigh Valley Mall for local non-profit Camelot for Children and participating in the Heroes and Helpers program that the South Whitehall Township Police Department puts together each year – the holidays tend to ignite the spirit of giving in all of us.

Most of you know, Cedar Fair collaborated with FELD Entertainment, and created “Monster Jam Thunder Alley™”, a truly immersive experience that graced the midways of Dorney Park this past fall, as well as Cedar Point in Ohio and Kings Dominion in Virginia throughout the 2019 Season. Guests had the chance to get up close, sit in, and even ride in some of their favorite Monster Jam trucks – it was truly a spectacular event.

Although Monster Jam Thunder Alley is not returning to Dorney Park, and is moving on to more of our Cedar Fair parks, we wanted to do something special to celebrate the conclusion of the event at Dorney Park with items that we collected throughout the event that were autographed by Monster Jam professional athletes.

Now, since the holidays tend to ignite the spirit of giving in all of us, we have created an Online Silent Auction, with these #amazing Monster Jam Thunder Alley items, benefiting a local Lehigh Valley non-profit, Dream Come True.

Dream Come True, founded in 1984, fulfills the dreams of children who are seriously, chronically or terminally ill and reside in the Greater Lehigh Valley, PA area. Their first year they fulfilled two dreams, while currently they fulfill 30+ dreams annually.

We’re auctioning off some AMAZING items such as Grave Digger Competition Panels (literal pieces of a Grave Digger truck) autographed by the Anderson family, Megalodon’s TAIL from a competition truck, autographed replica racing helmets, autographed fitted baseball caps, to autographed photo cards and more.

To check out all the priceless items, bid and win, visit: https://www.32auctions.com/dorneypark-thunderalley

If you aren’t interested in the items per say, but you’re interested in making a monetary donation, you can also do that from our Online Silent Auction page. Just click on the link below and the word “DONATE” will grace your presence in green, under the Dorney Park logo, in the top right hand corner. Whether it’s $1 or $100, it’s the thought that matters and it all adds up; 100% of the proceeds benefit Dream Come True.

Even though Monster Jam has rolled out of Dorney Park, the Lehigh Valley still has a chance to see the trucks in action at the PPL Center in Center City Allentown for the Triple Threat Series this February 2020. These memorabilia items could be a perfect tie in along with tickets to the 2020 tour.

Our Monster Jam Thunder Alley Memorabilia Online Silent Auction is running now until 12 p.m. on December 24 (yes that is Christmas Eve). These once in a lifetime items could be a perfect surprise for the Monster Jam lovers in your family!

Feld Motor Sports is not a sponsor, endorser or administrator of this auction.
