Season Pass FAQ

There are two options in order to renew your Season Pass for 2015.

Online- Select your pass type from our Season Pass ticket page.  You will use the same card for 2015 and will not be required to have your picture taken again to use your pass. You will need to supply both the 20 digit number on your ID Card from 2014 and the phone number associated with your card for identification purposes. Please note: If for some reason we are unable to locate your record, your pass will be processed as a renewal but will product a voucher that will need to be processed prior to use.

At Park- Bring your 2014 ID Card to the Season Pass Processing Center or Guest Services Office. An associate will assist you with renewing your pass for the 2015 season. When this transaction is complete, your current pass card will be valid for the 2015 season.

Upgrading to Platinum or Downgrading to Regular: Should you desire to change your pass type when renewing, you will be able to renew online or at the park, but you will need to receive a new ID card based on the pass type your choose for the 2015 season.

All guests choosing to participate in the Instant Renewal Program MUST retain their 2014 pass to use for the 2015 season.  Same barcode number will be reactivated.  If guest does not have card for 2015 season, $15.00 replacement fee will be charged. If the guest loses their pass after renewing during the 2014 or 2015 season, the $15.00 replacement fee will be charged.  Any cards that are lost, stolen or accidentally disposed of after renewing will need to be replaced.
Guests can receive a credit towards a 2015 Season Pass with a used admission ticket from that day.  Stop by Guest Services at the Mail Gate for details.  Upgrade must take place on the day of visit to be eligible. Complimentary tickets are not valid for upgrade.

Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom Season Passes are valid at Dorney Park only.  Cedar Fair Platinum Passes are valid at all Cedar Fair amusement parks and outdoor waterparks.  Visit for participating parks.  Both pass types are valid for parking at Dorney Park, but only Cedar Fair Platinum Passes are valid for parking at all Cedar Fair properties.

All online sales are Print-At-Home tickets. Bring your printed e-ticket voucher to the Season Pass Processing Center at the Main Plaza beginning in April 2015 to have your picture taken and receive your Season Pass ID card.  There will be a $5.00 fee per voucher to print or re-print any e-ticket voucher that is not presented at the time of redemption at Dorney Park. Proof of purchase may be required to re-print your vouchers.

Instant Renewal purchases do not have e-tickets or vouchers associated with them as processing is not necessary.  The ID you were issued for the previous season has its validity extended through the next season at the end of the transaction with no additional processing needed.

When your online purchase is complete, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that was provided when completing the order.  This e-mail will provide the same links to download the vouchers as are given to you on the website at the completion of the order.  Save this e-mail so you are able to re-print your vouchers at any time, from any computer that you can access your e-mail.  Vouchers may be printed multiple times, but the barcode provided on the e-ticket voucher will only be valid for one (1) season pass.
There will be a $5 fee per voucher for a lost, stolen, or forgotten voucher, or to print or re-print any voucher that is not presented at the time of redemption at Dorney Park.  Proof of Purchase may be required to replace a voucher. Dorney Park reserves the right to not replace vouchers without Proof of Purchase. Season Pass vouchers are like cash and should be treated as such until the time of processing.
Your Season Pass ID card is required for park admission.  If a Season Pass ID card is lost, stolen, or forgotten, a regular park admission ticket may be purchased or the ID card can be replaced for a $15 non-refundable replacement fee.  A complimentary ticket is provided to each passholder for one visit per season without paying the replacement fee.  Once this complementary ticket has been used, the pass holder will be required to pay the replacement fee on the next visit that they do not have their Season Pass ID card.  Passes can be replaced at Guest Services.
No, Season Pass ID cards are non-transferable.  Use of a Season Pass is limited to the registered passholder only, identified by the picture and demographic information associated to the pass at the time of processing.  Use of a Season Pass ID card by any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of the pass without refund.

All public operating days from May 1-November 1, 2015, including Halloween Haunt and Boo!Blast (September 18-November 1) Park will be closed September 12 & 13, 2015 for private events, Season Passes will not be valid for this date.

Yes. Season Pass holders receive benefits such as discounted admission for friends, exclusive ride time, discounts at most merchandise and food locations, and much more.  Platinum Passholders are eligible for the Platinum Pass perks offered at any Cedar Fair park during their visit to the park throughout the season (ie. A Dorney Park Platinum Passholder will receive the same benefits as a Cedar Point Platinum Passholder when visiting Cedar Point).  
Admission tickets and Season Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is complete at the Front Gate, online through our website, or other retail outlets. This includes weather related events. We do not issue rain checks. Please check local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.

Unprocessed Season Passes (those still in e-ticket or voucher form which have not been exchanged for a ID card) may be transferred to another individual.  All Season Passes, processed or unprocessed, expire without value on November 2, 2014 unless renewed for the next season.
Yes, you can add on All Season Dining to an already purchased season pass. This can be done online or at Guest Services during park operating hours. The meal plan will be added directly to the Season Pass ID card.

All Season Dining can only be included on an Easy Pay plan when purchased with your Season Pass online. Add-On purchases of All Season Dining must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
