Live Entertainment

Music and dancing at Viva La Fiesta are sure to fill the heart and soul. Feel the heat of Hot Rhythm Nights and the beat of Steelpan Jam. Enjoy a fusion of Afro-Caribbean, Colombian and African music with Manteca Blue & The Latin Corner. Sway along with Rumbamena, a high-energy Latin dance show. Plus, our house DJ keeps the tunes pumping all night. 

Authentic Cuisine

Enjoy a fiesta of authentic Caribbean and Latin American flavors such as , tostones & salsa rosada (twice-fried plantain chips with salsa rosada), ceviche peruano (marinated shrimp with a fresh blend of chopped peppers, onion, corn, and sweet potato) and more. Sweets include tres leches funnel cake, pastelitos de guayaba (puff pastry with sweet filling of guava and cream cheese) and bolinhos de chuva (fried doughnuts tossed in cinnamon sugar). Quench your thirst with handcrafted drinks such as salted melon margarita and moonshine rum colada plus Latin-based regional beers.
