Designed by Herbert Schmeck, this wooden roller coaster was manufactured and installed by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company. The Thunderhawk roller coaster was originally constructed as an "out-and-back" roller coaster, but was modified into its present figure-eight pattern in 1930.

- ThunderHawk was reconfigured in 1930. The ride was into a figure eight, the trip lengthened, and the height was increased to 80 feet.
