Dorney Park receives over 10,000 applications for seasonal employment each year. We have 2,500 positions to fill and have a screening process in place to select and hire only those candidates who demonstrate they have the kind of character we are looking for. All applications are individually screened and only those qualified will be granted an opportunity to move on to the interview stage of our process.

After submitting your application, it will be reviewed by our management staff. Qualified applicants will be contacted for an on-site interview. Not all applicants will be advanced to the interview phase of the hiring process. If you are contacted for an interview, be prepared to discuss the job responsibilities of your position, talk about some of the benefits and perks of working for Dorney Park, as well as have an opportunity to get to know a little more about our company and your ability to contribute to our team.
Here are some tips to help your interview to be a successful one:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your interview, you will need to contact the department that scheduled it directly.
For your interview, you will need to report to the Human Resources office in the Dorney Park Administration Building. Only applicants with scheduled interviews will be permitted on property past the security gate.
The address is: 3830 Dorney Park Road, Allentown, PA 18104.
Take I-78 West to exit 54B.Please take Hamilton Blvd east past the park's main entrance to Cedar Crest Blvd. Turn left onto Cedar Crest Blvd and proceed past the shopping plazas to the second street light. You will then turn left onto the 222 By-Pass across from Cedar Crest College. Turn right as the first streetlight onto Haines Mill Road. Proceed on Haines Mill to the bottom of the hill, approximately 0.5 mile down the road. The entrance to Dorney Park will be on the left, marked by several signs denoting the Dorney Park Employee and Service Entrance.
Once you reach the end of Dorney Park Road, you will need to stop at the Guard Booth and let the security officer know your name and interview time. If you drove yourself, the officer will direct you to the employee parking lot and to the Human Resources location. Applicants who are being dropped off will need to have their ride wait at the drop-off location near the Guard Booth.
Those taking the bus will need to enter at the Guard Booth and may need to walk down Haines Mill Road to get to the entrance point. You will be unable to walk through the park to get to your interview.
