Enjoy your days off at the park! Your Employee ID works as a season pass for the summer and is valid for both parks!

PLUS, Dorney Park will work with other local parks so you can receive free admission to their parks as well. Check with Human Resources for the most up to date list of participating parks and details. 
After working the qualifying amount, employees are entitled to up to four (4) free tickets to the park for friends and family.
Employees are eligible for an hourly bonus on qualifying days in addition to their hourly base rate. Bonuses are paid at the end of the season upon completion of your work agreement.
Ever want to ride Steel Force when no one else can? Employee activities include ride nights after park close, picnics, parties, and so much more! Not to mention our biggest event of the year, Big Bash- where we celebrate YOU, our staff and all your hard work to help us have a successful season of creating memorable experiences for our guests. 
During their day at work, employees can relax in the Cornerstone Cafe, where they enjoy meals at discounted price. Also, during park visits when off duty employees can receive discounts on merchandise in the park when presenting their Employee ID. 
Employees have the opportunity to apply for college scholarships from the Robert L. Munger Jr. Memorial Fund (for returning employees) and the Pennsylvania Amusement Park Association Scholarship Fund. Application process and interviews held during the summer.
Students receive real life experience in the professional work force to take with them as the start their careers as new graduates.  Employers look for experience that demonstrates potential employees can be both part of a team, as well as take on a leadership role- experience that our staff gets each and every day. Not to mention putting into practice certain skills all employers need: timeliness, professionalism, and work ethic.
Leadership opportunities are frequently available for employees at Dorney Park. Supervisors and Team Leaders are often promoted from within our seasonal work force. These positions offer the opportunity for employees to manage a location and staff while learning skills like people management, training, budgeting, and other real life business and people managment skills early in their career. Likewise, they give those with professional experience another new challenge and outlet to refine their management abilities.
