Dorney Park Free Mobile App Guide
July 2, 2020Before visiting this summer, you’ll need to download the Dorney Park mobile app. It’s free and available for both iOS Android devices. Below is a step-by-step guide that shows how you’ll be able to use this helpful tool to plan your visit and navigate your away around the park. We’re so excited to welcome you back for a safe visit to the park, so let’s get you studied up on what you need to know!
Before You Leave Home
One of the newest features on the Dorney Park mobile app is the ability for guests to make park reservations. We invite Season Passholders to schedule their visits through our online reservation portal or Dorney Park mobile app. Reservations are required for all guests, to support capacity limitations, and to help all of us follow new hygiene protocols.
Starting July 8, the park will be open exclusively to Season Passholders with daily ticketholders joining them on July 11. To ensure guests have a reservation for the day they want, they should reserve several days in advance.
Once you have the app downloaded and open, you should see a page on the Home Screen entitled “Season Passholders: Reserve Your Visit to Dorney Park.” After clicking the page, the app will redirect you to our website where you can begin making the reservation.
If you have already purchased a Season Pass, please have your Season Pass number available and select the number of reservations for your group. You may select up to 14 Passholders.
On the next screen, you will choose an available visit date and arrival time for your group. Following the date and time selection, please enter your valid Season Pass number(s). You will need the Season Pass number for each member of your party. Once the barcodes are validated, you will be able to schedule your reservation(s).
Follow along with this easy-to-learn instructional video, making a reservation to the park simple!
Along with using the mobile app to reserve, you will also need to complete the Health Assessment Questionnaire. A link will be emailed to you 24 hours before your visit.
Only one questionnaire per group is necessary. Your responses clear each night, so you must complete one each time you visit the park. If your group does not pass the health assessment, we will ask you to reschedule your visit to a different date and time.
When You Arrive
Ticketing and park entry will be contactless. Instead of presenting your pass or ticket, admissions associates will scan your pass/ticket from the mobile app. At least one member of your group must have the park mobile app on their phone. The reservation will be attached to your Season Pass, and associates will scan it from your phone for entry. Please remember that each person must have a valid Season Pass to enter the park in addition to the reservation. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available throughout the park.
When You're In the Park
Finding your way around the park is as easy as clicking the interactive map on the Dorney Park App.
Not only can you find your way around the park using our Mobile Map, but you can see what attractions and dining locations are open, along with ride wait times. Guests will also be able to find nearby hand sanitizer stations, restrooms, rest areas and open dining locations. These features are only accessible on the mobile app from inside the park and location services must be turned on.
We are excited to welcome you to the park for a safe and enjoyable visit, the Dorney Park mobile app is a great tool to help you and your family make the most of your day.
