This year, Independence Day is a week-long celebration at Dorney Park. You read that correctly – we’re celebrating the Fourth of July starting today, July 1 through Sunday, July 7!

Here’s everything you need to know about this fun-filled week:

Military Days

Dorney Park celebrates America’s best by offering what we do best: a full day of pure AMAZING with thrilling rides, super-fast water slides, and laughs and memories to last a lifetime.  Our Military Days program will offer FREE admission to all active and retired military personnel from Monday, July 1 to Sunday, July 7.

What’s more, this special military offer extends beyond servicemembers to their family as well. Up to 6 immediate family members of military personnel can purchase tickets for only $29.99. Tickets can be purchased online at www.dorneypark.com. A valid military ID should be presented at the turnstile for entry into the park.

Red, White, & Blue BBQ

Make your day at the park even more AMAZING with our Fourth of July Red, White, & Blue BBQ. Pick July 4, 5, 6, or 7 to attend the all-you-care-to-eat cookout served for 4pm – 7pm in Parkside Pavilion. The patriotic menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled BBQ chicken, mac & cheese, garden salad, corn cobbettes, and ice cream. Beer will be available for purchase.

Purchase both park admission + meal tickets for only $45* at https://www.dorneypark.com/play/events/celebrate-america.

2019 Season Passholders can purchase discount Red, White, & Blue meal tickets for only $15* and 2019 Season Passholders with All Season Dining can redeem a meal for just $5*.

*Plus taxes and applicable fees.

July 4th

The morning of July 4 will be no ordinary opening at Dorney Park. The National Anthem plays every morning throughout the park, but today will be extra special as our very own employees sing the National Anthem and read the Declaration of Independence. Charlie Brown and Snoopy will be there dressed in their Fourth of July best, and you should too!

Fireworks

Last but certainly not least, we will celebrate America’s birthday with our annual Dorney Park tradition – a spectacular fireworks display complemented by a patriotic soundtrack. Fireworks will begin at 9:30pm on Thursday, July 4. We would tell you where to watch the show, but there isn’t a bad spot in the park!
