Big Thrills for Little Riders

Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is fun for the entire family, big or small. While our rides in Planet Snoopy may not be as tall and fast, they provide big thrills for even the smallest of riders.

Race around the PEANUTS™ 500 track or join Woodstock on a crazy adventure over the miniature hills and turns of Woodstock Express.

Small thrills seekers are not limited to just fun in Planet Snoopy either. Parents can share the experience of Family rides with their kids on classic rides like the Antique Carousel, Ferris Wheel, Cedar Creek Flyers, and the Whip!

Cooling off in the summer heat in Wildwater Kingdom can be fun for the whole family too! Enjoy a little "friendly" competition with or Aqua Racer, or twist and turn down Patriot's Plunge. Not a trill seeker? No worries! Families of all sizes can enjoy our two picturesque “lazy” rivers or make waves at either of our two wave pools: the Wave Pool and Wildwater Cove. Don’t forget to stop by interactive play areas like Kids Cove, Lollipop Lagoon and Island Waterworks.

Check our Rider Height Safety page online ahead of your visit.

Parent Swap and KidTrack

When you arrive at the park for your day of fun, stop by Guest Services to learn more about two programs we offer to parents.

At Dorney Park, we offer KidTrack, a wristband program which will assist you and park personnel in reuniting your group should you become separated.

We also offer a program called Parent Swap. This particular program can work one of two interchangeable ways, meaning - parents don't HAVE to miss out on their own fun, or fun with their child(ren)! Parent Swap allows one parent to ride some of those larger rides, including Talon, Hydra, and Steel Force while the other parent waits with the child. When the ride is complete, the parents can swap their child(ren) responsibly at the exit and the waiting parent can load the next ride cycle – see, you’ll never miss out on the FUN.

Parent Swap can also coincide with riding with your child(ren) as well. On many children's rides only one adult can ride (or fit) at a time. Parent Swap, also, allows one parent to wait while the other rides with their child(ren), and when that ride cycle is over, the child(ren) can stay put, and ride with their parent who was waited the first ride out.

Stroller Rentals

Save some stress and leave your stroller at home when you add a Single or Double Stroller Rental to your visit. These shaded, lightweight and comfortable strollers will have your children riding in style as you enjoy your day throughout the park.

Single Strollers can be rented for $17 plus applicable taxes and fees.*

Need more room? Double Strollers can be rented for a single day for $22 plus applicable taxes and fees.*

*Pricing includes a $5 deposit that will be returned at the end of your day when you return the Stroller.

Stay Hydrated

Stay hydrated during your visit and check out our souvenir cups or drink wristband. The souvenir cup not only offers a cool cup to keep after your visit, it also allows you to have FREE refills your first visit.

The drink wristband allows you free refills on the day of your visit, you will recieve a wristband that you will use to recieve a paper cup for each refill.

Guests with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Any trip to an amusement park can be an exciting time for everyone. We have some #AMAZING trip tips for parents from our Autism Awareness Week.

Sensory Packs

Dorney Park also offers free Sensory Packs, which are available to sign-out daily from Guest Services and the Family Care Center. Dorney Park’s Sensory Packs include items that will reduce stress or sensory triggers such as noise reducing ear-muffs, shoulder weights, fidget toys and more.

Multi-Sensory Room

In addition, we offer a Quiet Room located in the Family Care Center inside of Planet Snoopy. The multi-sensory room dedicated space provides tools for family members or care-givers to intensify or reduce sensory stimulation in a controlled environment.

If you have any doubts what-so-ever about an attraction’s appropriateness for the individual with ASD, we suggest you have someone in your party ride first to make an informed determination.

Boarding Pass Program

Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom offers a Boarding Pass Program for individuals who may be overwhelmed by standing in crowded lines. Guests who are in possession of a Boarding Pass can obtain a boarding or “ride” time on the Boarding Pass that is equal to the anticipated wait time for a particular ride from the ride associate at the Alternate Access Entrance.

Guests can then choose to rest comfortably away from the queue area, visit a shop, see a show, or play a game until their boarding time. Please visit Guest Services during you next visit and ask about our Boarding Pass Program.
