When is the best time to purchase Season Passes for 2010?
Season Passes are on sale for the lowest price available during our Fall operating season. Prices increase for the holiday season as of November 1, 2010 and will increase again on May 27, 2010 before reaching their final summer in-season rate. Purchase or renew as soon as possible to get the best deal on your 2011 season pass. 
 
How do I renew my Pass?
There are two options in order to renew for Season Pass for 2011.
 
Instant Renewal- With this method, your 2010 Season Pass ID card will be activated for the 2011 Season. You will use the same card for 2011 and will not be required to have your picture taken again in the spring. Renewals must be same for same, any upgrades or downgrades are not eligible for Instant Renewal. Instant Renewals done at the park must have Season Pass ID card present at the time of purchase.
 
All guests choosing to participate in the Instant Renewal Program MUST retain their 2010 pass to use for the 2011 season. Same barcode number will be reactivated. If guest does not have card for 2011 season, $15.00 replacement fee will be charged. If the guest loses their pass after renewing during the 2010 or 2011 season, the $15.00 replacement fee will be charged. Any cards that are lost, stolen or accidentally disposed after renewing in 2010, between seasons, or during the 2011 season will need to be replaced.   
 
Basic Renewal- With this method, you will be required to reprocess, having a new picture taken and a new Season Pass ID card issued for the 2011 Season. All upgrades and downgrades are required to participate in Basic Renewal. Examples would include upgrading to a Regular from a Junior pass, downgrading from a Platinum to a Dorney Only pass, etc. There will be a surcharge for anyone with a renewal season pass voucher who does not have proof of prior membership (see “What happens if I lose my voucher?”)
 
What is the difference between a Dorney Park Season Pass and a Cedar Fair Platinum Pass?
Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom Season Passes are valid at Dorney Park only. Cedar Fair Platinum Passes are valid at all Cedar Fair amusement parks and outdoor waterparks. Visit www.cedarfair.com for participating parks. Both pass types are valid for parking at Dorney Park and all other Cedar Fair properties.
 
I just purchased my Season Pass Voucher online. How do I receive my pass?
All online sales are Print-At-Home tickets. Bring your printed e-ticket voucher to the Season Pass Processing Center at the Main Plaza beginning in April 2011 to have your picture taken and receive your Season Pass ID card. There will be a $5.00 fee per voucher to print or re-print any e-ticket voucher that is not presented at the time of redemption at Dorney Park. Proof of purchase may be required to re-print your vouchers.
 
I closed the confirmation screen before I was able to print my vouchers or I order my vouchers on a computer without a working printer. How do I get my vouchers?
When your online purchase is complete, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided when completing the order. This e-mail will provide the same links to download the vouchers as are given to you on the website at the completion of the order. Save this e-mail so you are able to re-print your vouchers at any time. Vouchers may be printed multiple times, but the barcode provided on the e-ticket will only be valid once.
 
What happens if I misplace or lose my Season Pass Voucher before processing?
There will be a $5 fee per voucher for a lost, stolen or forgotten voucher, or to print or re-print any voucher that is not presented at the time of redemption at Dorney Park. Proof of Purchase may be required to replace a voucher. Dorney Park reserves the right to not replace vouchers without Proof of Purchase. Season Pass vouchers are like cash and should be treated as such until time of processing.
 
What happens if I lose my Pass?
Your season pass ID card is required for park admission. If a season pass ID card is lost, stolen, or forgotten, a regular park admission ticket may be purchased or the ID can be replaced for a $15 non-refundable replacement fee. A complimentary ticket is provided to each passholder for one visit per season without paying the replacement fee. Once this complimentary ticket has been used, the pass holder will be required to pay the replacement fee on the next visit that they do not have their season pass ID card. Passes can be replaced at Guest Services.
 
How do I use my Season Pass?
Once processed, Season Pass holders can take their pass to any entrance at the Main Gate turnstiles. Picture confirmation is required before entry is allowed. Season Pass ID cards may only be scanned once per day, so please have your hand stamped upon exiting the park if you plan to return later in the day. 
 
Can someone else use my Season Pass for a visit?
No, Season Pass ID cards are non-transferable. Use of a Season Pass is limited to the register pass holder only, identified by the picture and demographic information associated to the pass at the time of processing. Use of a Season Pass ID card by any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of the pass without refund.
 
Do I receive any discounts or perks for being a Season Pass holder?
Yes. Season Pass holders receive benefits such as discounted admission for friends, exclusive ride time, discounts at selected merchandise and food locations, and much more. Platinum Pass holders are eligible for the Platinum Pass perks offered at any Cedar Fair park during their visits to that park throughout the season (ie. A Dorney Park Platinum Pass holder will receive the same benefits as a Cedar Point Platinum Pass holder when visiting Cedar Point)
