Guide to Processing Your Season Pass Voucher

Where to Process: Dorney Park Season Pass Vouchers can be redeemed, upgraded or replaced ONLY AT DORNEY PARK. We recommend that Cedar Fair Platinum Pass purchases be processed at Dorney Park. However, for your convenience they may be processed at any Cedar Fair Property.

What to Bring: Guests should bring their Season Pass voucher with them to our Season Pass Processing Center during scheduled processing times (see above). There will be a $5.00 fee per voucher for any lost, stolen or forgotten vouchers, or to print or reprint any voucher that is not presented at the time of redemption. Proof of purchase may be required to replace any voucher, so please bring your receipt or confirmation email if voucher replacement is necessary. Dorney Park reserves the right to refuse voucher replacement without proof of purchase.

What to Do: Please have all demographic information completed on the voucher before arriving at the Season Pass Processing Center. Vouchers purchased at the park will have an Information Sheet attached to the bar-coded receipt voucher to provide this information. This information should correspond to the passholder whose picture will be associated with the Season Pass ID card to the time of processing. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS LEGIBLE. This will ensure accurate information is entered into our system and make it easier to find or replace your pass if necessary. Once a picture is associated with a Season Pass ID Card, that person ONLY may use the Season Pass for admission. Use of a Season Pass ID card by any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of the pass without refund. Time of processing is considered time of purchase for Instant Renewal purchases.

What to Know: Season Passes are non-refundable. Vouchers are not valid for admission and must be redeemed for a non-transferable Dorney Park Season Pass ID Card. Vouchers are valid for the season which they are purchased for only, and expire without value at the end of that season (ie. 2010 Season Pass vouchers are only valid for 2010 and unused vouchers expire without value on October 31, 2010).

Parking: If you plan to process your season passes during the park’s operating season, you will need to present your Season Pass Certificate (voucher) for parking on your first visit. The voucher will only scan for parking ONE TIME. On all future visits you will need your Season Pass ID card.

Tips for Different Pass Types

Junior Passholders Junior passholders must be under 48” in shoes at the time of redemption. If the child is over 48” in shoes when the pass is processed, the difference between a junior and regular season pass at the time of purchase will be charged.

Instant Renewal Passholders Instant Renewal allows our renewing pass holders to skip processing for the next season. Your picture and information will be retained from the previous year. Just walk up to the gate, present your pass, and you’re on your way!

ALL GUESTS CHOOSING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INSTANT RENEWAL PROGRAM FOR THE 2011 SEASON MUST RETAIN THEIR 2010 PASS TO USE FOR THE 2011 SEASON. ANY PASSES NOT RETAINED BETWEEN SEASONS WILL BE CONSIDERED LOST AND NEED TO BE REPLACED FOR THE NON-REFUNDABLE $15.00 REPLACEMENT FEE.
