2010 Season Pass Photos and ID Processing Schedule

  • Saturdays and Sundays, April 10 -25: 10am - 4 pm
  • Monday-Friday, April 9-30: 4pm - 8pm
  • From May 1 thgough the 2010 operating season, Season Pass processing will continue to be available during scheduled Park operating hours only. The office will close no earlier than one hour before the Park closing.
  • Processing will not be available on those days in May in which the Park is not open to guests.

Processing Season Passes

Your Season or Platinum Pass Certificate Voucher can be redeemed for a Pass ID Card at Dorney Park’s Season Pass Center (located at the main gate) beginning in mid-April 2010.

Season Passes are non-refundable. Vouchers are not valid for admission and must be redeemed for a non-transferable Dorney Park Season Pass ID Card. Dorney Park Season Pass Vouchers can be redeemed, upgraded or replaced ONLY AT DORNEY PARK. We recommend that  Cedar Fair Platinum Pass purchases be processed at Dorney Park. However, for your convenience they may be processed at any Cedar Fair Property. Vouchers are valid for redemption only through the end of the 2010 operating season. Any vouchers left unprocessed at the end of the season hold no value.

Junior passholders must be under 48” in shoes at the time of redemption. If the child is over 48” in shoes when the pass is processed, the difference between a junior and regular season pass at the time of purchase will be charged.

There will be a $5.00 fee per voucher for a lost, stolen or forgotten vouchers, or to print or reprint any voucher that is not presented at the time of redemption at Dorney Park. Proof of purchase may be required to replace any voucher. Dorney Park reserves the right to refuse voucher replacement with out proof of purchase. Season Pass voucher are like cash and should be treated as such until the time of processing.

Renewing Passholders

In order to take advantage of our renewal rates, the prior year season pass must be presented at the time of processing the new pass. If prior year passes cannot be presented, the purchase no longer qualifies for the renewal discount, and an up-charge will be applied to the full price. This does not apply to passholders who participated in "Instant Renewal" as they already have their Season Pass Card valid for the 2010 season. Passholders who participated in "Instant Renewal" who have forgotten, lost or had their Season Pass Card stolen will need to have the Pass replaced for $15.

Parking

If you plan to process your season passes during the park’s operating season, you will need to present your Season Pass Certificate (voucher) for parking on your first visit. The voucher will only scan for parking ONE TIME. On all future visits you will need your Season Pass ID card.

 

Dorney Park reserves the right to be closed to the public and season pass holders for private events and capacity limitations. Dates and hours are subject to change without notice.

Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom reserves the right to search any bags and accessories carried or found on Park premises.
