Left click your mouse and drag in any direction
across the picture for a 360-degree view of Riptide Run, Lightning Falls and other Wildwater
Kingdom attractions.
Directly in front of you (above) is Lightning
Falls, a 70-foot tower
with two different twisting courses that splash into the same pool
at the finish.
Move slightly down in the photo. The bright orange, yellow and purple
rails viewed through the beams of Lightning Falls belong to Talon,
one of Dorney Park & Wildwater
Kingdom's star attractions. In the foreground, the bright blue slide and
splash pool behind the fishnet is Riptide Run, a water adventure that
takes riders in tubes through a series of slides and splashes before
a big plunge at the finish.
Move slightly to your right in the photo.
Between the trees you can see the Wave Pool, a 560,000-gallon pool
that produces ocean-like waves.
Move slightly to your right in the photo and
view the Torpedo Tubes tower with two completely enclosed waterslides that riders challenge
in the dark! Move to your right in the photo. In the distance is
Aquablast, a thrilling waterslide on which up to five guests can
ride together. In the foreground below Aquablast is a friendly hippo
overlooking Lollipop Lagoon children's area.
Of course, there are
plenty of lounge chairs, locker rentals, arcade games and two changing
areas. Trade Winds and Windjammers gift shops carry sunscreen, towels,
swim attire, swim shoes and baby supplies.
Also in this area is Island Water Works, Jumpin'
Jack Splash body slides and more. Mariners Munchies, Smugglers Snacks, Subway and
more offer a wide variety of dining and snack options.
