Life jackets are required at the Wave Pool, Wildwater Cove, Runaway River, Wildwater River, and V.I.P. Pool for anyone who is less than 48" tall in bare feet or is an inexperienced, weak, or non-swimmer.

Life jackets are available free of charge; however, guests are asked to return all jackets to their storage area after use. Life Jackets are property of Dorney Park and are not permitted to be removed from the park.

Life jackets are available at:

  • Life Jacket Station near Windjammers Gift Shop.
  • Near men's restroom at the Wave Pool.
  • Near the entrances to Wildwater Cove, Runaway River, and Wildwater River.

Personal life jackets that carry the Coast Guard emblem may be brought into Wildwater Kingdom.  Water wings, "swimmies" and any other personal flotation devices that do not carry the Coast Guard emblem are not permitted. Wave-riding boards are not permitted under any circumstance.

Pennsylvania Act No. 1994-58 Amusement Rider Safety and Liability Act requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding any ride and must behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is cause for dismissal from the Park.

Aqua Racer

Ready, set, slide! It's a race to the finish line on Wildwater Kingdom's newest attraction, Aqua Racer. Aqua Racer is a 300-foot long six-lane mat racer where riders challenge their friends to victory.

Aquablast

One of the longest elevated water slides in the world, Aquablast stands 70 feet tall. Gigantic multi-person rafts wind and twist through steep banks and curves before splashing into the pool below.

Cascade

A 30 foot tall humped slide on which guests ride in a double tube into the splash pool below.

Island Water Works

This three-level activity area includes more than 70 water gags for the entire family to enjoy!

Jumpin Jack Splash

Jumpin' Jack Splash is 30-foot-tall tower with three brightly colored twisting body slides. One enclosed aquatube and two open-air slides offer guests a slip-sliding adventure with a refreshing finish in the splash pool below.

Kids Cove

Kids pretend to be scrubbed as they make their way through this mini carwash themed attraction.

Lightning Falls

Two 70-foot-tall tube water slides with serpentine courses that end in a splash pool.

Lily Pads

Guests hang-on to suspended cables to walk over lily pads that are floating in a refreshing pool. Guests must be able to swim to participate.

Lollipop Lagoon

Little ones discover frogs, turtle fountains, squirt guns and 11 mini water slides. Hand-held infants (Infants who cannot walk by themselves) may be seated in the pools with a responsible person but are not permitted on the attractions.

Patriot's Plunge

Challenge each of three tubing slides from atop a 52-foot-tall tower. One slide is red, one white and one blue, and each is a combination of enclosed aquatubes and giant slides that offers an unpredictable journey ending in a big splash.

Riptide Run

Guests float in tubes through a chain of refreshing shallow pools and exciting slides.

Runaway River

Guests float slowly in tubes down a 1600-foot winding river that passes through tunnels and water falls.

Speed Slides

Riders drop 40 feet on two high-speed, double-dipped slides

Splash Landing

Soak up the sun in this lounging area especially for kids. A zero-depth pool with a water mushroom and geysers provides refreshment when it's time to cool off. Hand-held infants permitted.

Wave Pool

A 596,000-gallon wave pool provides realistic ocean-like waves in water depths ranging from zero to six feet.

Wildwater Cove

An approximately 355,000-gallon wave pool provides realistic ocean-like waves in water depths ranging from zero to six feet. Guests enjoy a unique experience with features such as geysers and wall sprays in the shallow end.

Wildwater Rapids

Located at the 40-foot level of the Patriot's Plunge tower, Wildwater Rapids is a set of four brightly colored body slides. Two are enclosed slides, two are open-air slides, and all four take guests on a twisted trip to the splash-pool below.

Wildwater River

Guests in tubes experience 1000 feet of slow, winding water on a river that passes through tunnels and water falls.
