Guest Services Office

The Guest Services Office is located near the main entrance to Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom. It is your complete source of information on Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom.

Lockers

A limited number of lockers for storing souvenirs and belongings are available for rent throughout Dorney Park amusement park and Wildwater Kingdom water park. Large items or stuffed animals that do not fit in a locker may be stored at Guest Services. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Lost & Found

Lost and Found is located in the Message Center next to Carousel Gifts and Souvenir, near the Park Entrance. If you find a lost item, please give it to an employee or take it to Lost and Found. Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Meeting Place

We recommend arranging a time and place for your group to meet should you become separated. If you become separated from your group, leave a message at the Message Center located next to Carousel Gifts and Souvenir. Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom does not do paging of any kind.

Message Center

The Message Center is located next to Carousel Gifts and Souvenir, near the Park Entrance. You may use the Message Center to leave and pick up messages from others in your group.

Rental Center

Strollers and wheelchairs may be rented at Stroller Rentals, located near the Carousel Gift & Souvenir Shop at Dorney Park’s Entrance. These items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Ride Seating

Most rides seat guests in groups of two or four. Please tell a host or hostess at the ride entrance how many people are in your group.
